you can cut ham in 1/2
and slice center slices out of middle
or slice the whole ham into ham steaks

Pork Loin ( weight is about 15-16 lb.)
You can slice the whole thing into pork chop
or you can cut pork loin roast off the ends and
slice the center chops out of the middle.
Pork Shoulder Roast (weight is about 6-8- lb.)
You can leave whole as a roast or cut in 1/2
or you can slice into pork shoulder steaks
or you can have it boned out and ground.
